1. Try Before You Buy
Phi Launcher is freemium — the core launcher experience is completely free, and Pro is an optional upgrade for power users. Before purchasing, we strongly encourage you to:
- Use the free version for a few days to get a feel for the launcher.
- Check the full Pro feature list on our website or Play Store listing.
- Reach out to us on Telegram, Reddit, or email if you're unsure whether a feature works on your device.
Since you can fully test the app before spending anything, please purchase Pro only once you're confident it's right for you.
2. Play Store Purchases
If you purchased Phi Launcher Pro through Google Play (in-app purchase), refunds are handled entirely by Google according to their own refund policy. Please contact Google Play support directly for refund requests on Play Store purchases — we are unable to process these on our end.
3. Direct Purchases (License Key via philauncher.com)
Because Phi Launcher Pro is a digital product delivered instantly upon payment, all direct purchases are final. Refunds for direct purchases are only available in the following cases:
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase (duplicate charge).
- The Pro features did not unlock on your device after a confirmed payment, and our support team could not resolve the issue.
How to request a refund
Email support@philauncher.com within 3 days of your purchase date with your registered email ID. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed in full, with no fee deductions, within 5–7 business days.
4. Payment Processors
At checkout, you can choose between two payment processors:
- Razorpay — UPI, Cards, and Net Banking.
- Dodo Payments — Cards, PayPal, and other international methods.
We do not collect or store your card or bank details.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy at any time. Changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
