Thank you for purchasing Phi Launcher Pro. Because our product is a digital good delivered instantly and irrevocably upon payment, all sales are generally final. However, we believe in fair treatment and will consider refunds in the situations listed below.
1. Eligibility for a Refund
You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase (duplicate charge).
- The Pro features did not unlock on your device after a confirmed payment, and the issue could not be resolved by our support team.
- You contacted us within 3 days of your purchase date and the issue is verified.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- You changed your mind after purchasing.
- You did not read the feature list before purchasing.
- Your device does not meet the minimum Android version requirements for a specific feature.
- More than 3 days have passed since the original purchase date.
- The refund request is submitted after the Pro benefits have been actively used.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply send an email to support@philauncher.com within 3 days of your purchase. All we need is:
Your email address
Just send your registered email ID to support@philauncher.com — that's all we need to identify your purchase and process the refund.
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
4. Refund Processing Fees
Merchant processing fees charged by Razorpay (for India) or Dodo Payments (for international) on the original transaction are non-refundable and will be deducted from the amount returned to you. These fees are borne by the user and are beyond our control.
5. Payment Processors
We use two payment processors depending on your location:
- Razorpay — for purchases made from India.
- Dodo Payments — for purchases made outside India.
We do not collect or store your card or bank details. Once a refund is approved, the reversal is initiated through the respective processor and your bank will credit the amount back to your account.
6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. We encourage you to review this page before making a purchase.
