1. License Grant

Upon successful payment, we grant you a perpetual license to use Phi Launcher Pro features. This license is yours to keep — there are no recurring fees, no subscriptions, and no expiry date. All premium features, current and future, are active and included at no additional cost. We allow reselling of the key, and you can do whatever you want with the key after you buy it.

• Your Pro license is a one-time purchase. You will not be charged again for any features.
• All future updates and major version upgrades are included at no additional cost.

2. Device Limit

Your Pro license may be activated on a maximum of 2 devices at any given time.

• You may use Phi Launcher Pro on up to 2 Android devices that you personally own or control simultaneously.
• If you switch devices, you may deactivate the license on an old device and activate it on a new one, staying within the 2-device limit.
• Logging into more than 2 devices will log out the earliest logged-in device to enforce the limit.

3. Prohibited Uses

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the licensed features beyond normal Android system use.
• Attempting to bypass, crack, or circumvent the license verification system.
• Using the license for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws.

4. License Revocation

We reserve the right to revoke your Pro license key without notice or refund if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you are exploiting, abusing, or misusing the license system. This includes but is not limited to:

• Sharing, distributing, or publicly posting your license key to allow unauthorized access by others.
• Attempting to bypass, spoof, or tamper with license verification mechanisms.
• Using automated tools, scripts, or exploits to generate, clone, or brute-force license keys.
• Activating the license on more devices than permitted by simultaneous circumvention of the device limit.

A revoked key will immediately lose all Pro functionality across all devices. No refund will be issued for revoked licenses.

5. Payment & Pricing

Payment is processed by a third-party provider based on your location:

• India: Payments are processed by Razorpay. UPI, Cards, and Net Banking are supported.
• International: Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. Cards, PayPal, and other methods are supported.
• All prices are listed in INR for Indian customers. International pricing is shown in the applicable currency at checkout.
• We do not store your payment details. All payment data is handled securely by the respective payment processor.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our separate Refund Policy. Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase. Merchant processing fees charged by Razorpay or Dodo Payments are borne by the user and will be deducted from the refunded amount.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Phi Launcher Pro is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for any loss of data or device damage arising from use of the application.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Phi Launcher Pro after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
